TOWN DAYS AT MCC

Dear Manchester Non Profit: The lease between the Town and the Manchester Country Club permits the Town to use the golf course for three days per year without paying green’s fees. Each year the Town awards days it does not use to local non profit organizations. Attached is the Town’s policy for awarding days. If your organization is interested in being included in the lottery for award of the 2006 and/or 2007 days, an application letter must be submitted to Scott Sprague, Director of Parks and Recreation, 41 Center Street, Manchester, CT 06040 by June 10, 2005. The letter should address the criteria listed in the policy including the organization’s ability to organize, promote and supervise a successful golf tournament. Unless otherwise directed, all eligible applicants will be included in the lottery for 2006 days and all applicants not awarded, a 2006 day will be included in the lottery for 2007 days.
