1 Oakland Trail
Park in front of 440 Oakland St., Manchester CT. The trail follows the river
upstream.
2 Union Pond Trail
Park off the road in paved parking lot on sourh side of North School Street. Cross the road and begin trail entering woods on east side of Union Pond.
3 Adams Mill Trail
Park at Adams Mill Restaurant. Begin trail on north side of building. Follow dike and river upstream.
4 New State Road Trail
Park on west side of New State Road at SNET building, 275 New State Road. Walk up New State Road and enter at “Hiking Trail” sign. Follow dirt road around to left to river.
5 Laurel Marsh Trail
Park in the lot on the south side of Route 6 and 44 just east of I-84, exit and east of
the Hockanum River bridge. Follow trail toward river. The “lake” was drained years ago, but was a popular recreation area at the turn of the century.
