	Scott Sprague Director of Parks and Recreation Scott Sprague has been working full time for the Parks and Recreation Department for 23 years and holds a B.S. in Sociology and a M.S. in Parks and Recreation Administration. His major areas of responsibility include, managing and directing the operation and administration of the Recreation Department, as well as managing the park system, which includes park planning and development. 	Scott Garman Assistant Director of Recreation Scott Garman has been working full-time for the Recreation Department for 23 years and holds a B.S. in Parks and Recreation Management and has his CT State teaching certificate for Earth Science. His major areas of responsibility include: organized sports, facilities and field management, special events, public relations and Christmas in April. 	Elizabeth Tracy Recreation Supervisor Elizabeth Tracy has been working full-time for the Recreation Department for 23 years and holds a B.S. in Physical Education. 	Robert Topliff Jr. Recreation Supervisor Robert Topliff Jr. has been working full-time for the Recreation Department for 11 years and holds a B.S. in Parks and Recreation Management and a M.S. in Parks and Recreation Administration. His major areas of responsibility include: Northwest Park, marketing, web site development, after school programs and facility/field management. 	Kathleen McGuire Recreation Supervisor Kathleen McNamara has been working full-time for the Recreation Department for 9 years and holds a B.S. in Sociology and Criminal Justice. 	Karen Gubbins Recreation Supervisor Karen Dinnie has been working full-time for the Recreation Department for 10 years and holds a B.S. in Community and Urban Recreation. 	Calvin Harris Recreation Supervisor Calvin has been working full-time for the Recreation Department for 4 years and holds a B.S. in Parks and Recreation. 	Janice L. Diminico Senior Administrative Secretary Janice has been working full-time with the Town of Manchester for 11 years and has been with the Recreation Department for 5 years.
