Community “Y” Fitness Center, 78 North Main Street, 647-3164
The Community “Y” Recreation Center is located at the north end of Manchester. The fitness center is located at the Community “Y” Recreation Center and is equipped with a 10 station, multi-gym, 3 life cycles, 4 stair masters, 4 tread mills, 2 recumbent bikes, suspended televisions, flat and incline benches, military press, free weights, dumb bells, back row and t-bar, dead lift platform, straight bar, easy curl weights, sit-up and knee raise abdominal equipment. Equipment orientation is available for beginners.

Fitness Center Hours: October-May
Monday-Friday, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
Monday-Friday, 5-9 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
(Children under 16 are not permitted in the Fitness Center.)
