“Early childhood education means the first exposure for many children to people and places outside the home and as such should be an experience that nurtures and encourages social and emotional growth and fosters a lifelong enjoyment of learning and sense of community.”

Rich resides in Manchester with his wife Gail and their two children, Chris and Jenny. In his free time he enjoys sailing, cross country skiing, winter camping, home improvements, auto mechanics and family activities.

In the future, Rich and his staff hope to continue to provide quality preschool experiences to an increasing number of area childre through staff training, appropriate facilities and materials and enrichment through community resources.
