Laughter Yoga is an incredibly fun, incredibly effective way to release stress and bring more joy into your life. It is the simple yet powerful practice of using laughter as exercise. In Laughter Yoga and in life there is no need to wait until something funny happens or something funny is said. You can laugh intentionally and laugh whenever you want! May 2, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Name that Tune. Panda Home Care is sponsoring "Name that Tune"! Join your friends for a great time identifying song clips of classic tunes from the 1880's through the 1950's. DJ Sir James from WRTC will host this activity. The songs include classics such as: Rock-A-Bye, Second Hand Rose, My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean. In addition to providing good time, there will be give-a-ways and light refreshments will be provided.

May 30, 6:00 - 7:45 p.m. Romance Scams/Real Estate scams FREE No one wants to think they could be taken advantage of by Internet romance or Real Estate scams, and yet hundred of thousands of people are taken in every year. The scammers are professionals and often this is their only source of income. The approach may be to secure some quick cash, or it may be a more elaborate scam over a longer period of time (up to a year). In the cases of a longer relationship, the scammer will say, do or promise anything because they want you to trust them and believe in them, so it is easier to extract your money.
